Established in 1997, Lee and Associates was initially a firm that specialized in planning. Over the years, our team has devised a standard to ensure sustainable design solutions that meet the client’s program. Our planners work closely with the client throughout the entire design process, carrying out projects that range from broad master planned communities down to specific preliminary site plans. Using our extensive knowledge in building code and GIS technology, Lee and Associates provides feasible solutions to all aspects of planning while maintaining a creative design.
